Second Trip Back to Turks... Wonderful Vacation

To Whom It May Concern... We are writing regarding a recent trip our family took to Beaches Turks and Caicos. Our reservation number was 4776312 and we stayed March 27 through April 3. This was our second trip back to Turks and it could not have been a more wonderful vacation. There are a few people we would like to recognize and praise for their exceptional work.

First, we would like to acknowledge Taylor from Kimonos. Taylor remembered us from the year before, he even remembered our daughters name (Angelina). Aside from doing a fabulous job as a chef he made her feel so special. He had a hat made for her when we arrived, made her part of his show and kept us entertained the entire night. Taylor is an exceptional person and someone who we look forward to seeing again on our future stays.

Second, we would like to acknowledge our housekeeper Sheleyon. We had requested to stay in the same room (325 Caribbean Village) from the year before because of the location and our favorite housekeeper. Thankfully our request was fulfilled. When we arrived at the room we saw Sheleyon and it was like seeing an old friend. She remembered who we were and our daughter's name. She is such a hard worker and a wonderful woman. Sheleyon always had something special left in the room for Angelina, (which she always looked forward to seeing each day). We want to commend her for being such a hard worker and always making us feel special. We look forward to seeing Sheleyon the next time we return and hope she is acknowledged for the work she does.

Third, we would like to acknowledge Latoya Gordon. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful person she is. It is because of Latoya that we do return each year to Turks and Caicos. Our entire family looks forward to seeing her. Latoya always goes above and beyond to make our trip special. There was not a day that went by that Latoya didn't check on us to see how we were doing or if we needed something. Latoya always made sure Angelina and her cousins Vanessa and Gianna were having a great time. We know Latoya was recently made a Butler and have to say that no one deserves it more then her. We would like her to be commended for her hard work and customer service. Beaches is very lucky to have someone like her on their team. Our family looks forward to seeing her again (hopefully sooner then later).

Finally, we have to thank Adrian the Hotel Manager. We know none of this would have been possible without him. We found him friendly and always present throughout the resort. We also need to acknowledge our travel agent and good friend Marta Perez Salonius. Without Marta we would have never found Sandals or Beaches, our favorite place to vacation! Thank you in advance for taking the time to read our letter and we hope that the outstanding people that were mentioned are acknowledged in some way.

Take Care,

Michael, Jessica and Angelina Gentile

Thank You for Sending us to Paradise

Hello Rogers Travel,

Lynne and I had a great time. Thank you for sending us to Paradise.
All Our Love,
Mike and Lynne D.
P.S. Here is a copy on what on wrote on Trip Advisor

I have been traveling to Jamaica for the last 20 years. I thought I had found paradise in Negril, how I was mistaken. My wife and I thought paradise could never be topped until we found the Whitehouse. We spent 8 beautiful days and were in tears when we left. Not one want or need was left unfulfilled. It will be my new home away from home. The view from my suite was priceless. All the restaurants were within walking distance and the food was phenomenal. The playmakers were exceptional, especially Sasha, she surpassed all of our expectations. I would defiantly recommend this location to anyone who's in love or would like to fall in love all over again.

Just returned from a week at the Sandals Antigua Grande Resort and Spa

Just received this note from a very happy couple…

Just a note to say WOW! Thank you Rogers Travel for booking our vacation in Paradise. Let me tell you about one of the most beautiful islands on earth, Sandals Grande Antigua takes the natural beauty, adds romance and comes up with the perfect escape where you can’t help but to totally relax.

We travel the day after a nor'easter hit New York, where the wind, cold rain and flooding crippled most of the area, to a place where the sun-shined bright for seven days. We were greeted at the airport, escorted to our transportation, whisked off and arrive on 15 minutes later at a grand entrance, handed champagne and escorted to our room.

The room took our breath away; you enter on one side of the building with a view of downtown St. John’s the capital of Antigua, and then immediately are amazed at the tile in the large suite bathroom, with double sinks, whirlpool tub and glass shower enclosure. Then you enter the main part of the room where you are stuck by the accommodations: the four poster bed, concierge bar, entertainment unit with large flat screen, sitting area and then a balcony where you could see over the entire resort. This photo is the view from our room.

As we explored the rest of the resort during the week, we found each room nicer then the next. There are 18 different types of room so you can get exactly what you want. Next time we are looking at a Plunge Pool Villa; with its own pool and hot tub, outside shower, bedroom and living room and maybe two weeks.

The food was fabulous, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and cocktails were all available no matter what your schedule. Our favorite meal was - sunset at Eleanor’s and the Lobster. Don’t worry about ordering too much food the portions are not large so you can enjoy an appetizer, salad, soup, entrĂ©e and dessert and be only slightly stuffed. But then there is always entertainment and dancing to enjoy after dinner that will possibly help you work off your meal.

If dancing isn't your thing, we really enjoyed a early morning walk on the beach, swimming, the gym, kayaking, the best sight-seeing tour of Antigua [that is really it's name] and snorkeling. Remember to pack light, bring plenty of sunscreen and a sunhat if you are like us and fair skinned, and have Rogers Travel book your trip to paradise, they really knew exactly what we wanted and needed. Visit the Whitehouse in Jamacia - be treated like you're the president

This is what one couple had to say upon their return from Sandals Whitehouse in Jamacia...

Dear Sandals Management,
We want to thank you and your wonderful staff for our stay at Sandals Whitehouse from January 9-16th, 2010. From the very first moment we arrived at your resort to the minute that we left, we were treated wonderfully. Our travel agent Marta Perez-Salonius gave me you e mail address and said I could e mail you to praise your staff. [Rogers Travel Agency Patchogue, NY

By chance, as we were leaving, you were in the lobby and when we saw you; we approached you to say goodbye and thanked you. You greeted us very graciously and gave us hugs, thanked us and wished us well.We have never been treated so kindly when traveling and we want to thank you and your staff.

My husband and I want to say how delicious the food was at all the restaurants and eateries. We ate Lobster, shrimp, steak every night-very delicious. Actually, we never tasted such delicious meals and the food was always arranged so pretty on the plates. Our compliments to all the chefs.

We especially want you to recognize three outstanding workers at Eleanor's: Roxann, Earl and Venny. They were very professional doing there job, beautiful smiles, worked very efficient, kind and made us feel great. We also, want to tell you that Ogden from the glass bottom boat was a fun and kind fellow. He made the ride so interesting. We thank him for it.

Shelly from the Cafe DE Paris was so sweet and kind along with all the other workers. The two chefs at Bayside making the eggs every morning-Siamone and Javinne(not spelled correctly) were kind and patient and cooked our eggs to a T.(delicious).

I wish I had a pen and pad to write everyone's name down. The resort was immaculate. The smell of night Jasmine in the air-wow. The wine and cheese party, the welcome back dinner, the chocolate night, dancing was wonderful. The Fund raising for Haiti was unbelievable. How did you all pull it together along with the cleanup? I rebooked for next year - for Jan 8 -15th, 2011 - Looking forward in visiting you all again.

Thank You,
Mr and Mrs Stuckey of NY
